provide our heli-skiing/boarding product to you. The

1. Accountability: Purcell Helicopter
Skiing Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to
as 'PHS') is responsible for personal information
under its control and has designated a Privacy Officer
who is accountable for the organization's compliance
with the following principles.
2. Identifying Purposes: Personal
information is collected in the following way for
the following reasons:
- through this website for bookings,
inquiries and testimonial feedback
- by completing an application
to take part in a heli ski/board tour or day
- by completing the waiver prior
to taking part in a heli ski/board tour or day
In all cases above, your information
is required to obtain your full consent and understanding
of the product you are purchasing and about to take
part in. We will store this information at our heli
plex facility in Golden where only PHS staff will
have access to it.
The information will be used to
provide your product to you and to establish and properly
maintain a client relationship with you both for your
current and future purchases. This includes sending
an annual mailer with our new brochure at the start
of each season and to notify you of new products and
services from time to time. PHS does not sell or disclose
your information to any third parties, unless otherwise
required by law.
3. Consent: By providing PHS with
your information you are providing your consent for
the collection of your information.
4. Limiting Collection: Your information
will only be used for the reason that it is being
collected as outlined in this policy. All information
is collected by fair and lawful means.
5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and
Retention: Personal information shall not be used
or disclosed for purposes other than those for which
it was collected, except with the consent of the individual
or as required by the law. Personal information shall
be retained only as long as necessary for fulfilment
of those purposes.
6. Accuracy: PHS makes every attempt
to keep all information as accurate, complete, and
up-to-date as is necessary and as it is provided.
