Every morning, guides and pilots meet to formulate an operational plan for the day. This plan takes into account weather and flying conditions, avalanche hazard, snow conditions, skiing / boarding abilities in the groups, and some other operational considerations.

Alternatives are also discussed in anticipation of potential problems such as poor weather or conditions that could affect the plan. The goal is to provide our guests with the most enjoyable and safest experience possible.
